How much is delivery?

Delivery within the UK is free and is a 24 hour courier service as standard for canvas and Perspex prints. Giclees will be delivered via Royal Mail as standard unless a courier option is selected on checkout – for international delivery prices please see below.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

For standard delivery – giclee prints will take 2 to 5 days to be delivered (although Royal Mail delivery times do vary), canvas prints 5 to 7 days (via Courier), Perspex prints are 10 to 12 days (via Courier) from date of order within the UK, orders outside the UK may take a few days longer.

XMAS DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that during this busy Xmas period priority service / delivery does not guarantee delivery within 48 hours but will put your order at the head of the queue. We aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible and can guarantee dispatch for Xmas if ordered by the following dates:

Perspex Prints – 10th December
Canvas Prints – 10th December
Giclee Prints – 10th December

How do you deliver my products?

Canvas prints and Perspex are delivered by secure courier. UK delivery is next day between 9am and 5pm but this schedule will vary for more remote areas of the UK, offshore and international shipments. All items are thoroughly packaged and insured so they reach you in pristine condition. Giclee prints are sent via Royal Mail as standard, although a courier option is available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, please see the table below for our latest rates. Note that these rates are based on our medium, large and extra large products. Smaller prints and posters may be a little cheaper in some cases. Note that shipping times quoted are from when the order is ready for dispatch and do not include printing and processing times (see how long will my order take below)

Will I be charged taxes / duties?

This depends on your country. Generally only goods shipped outside the EC may in incur duties or border taxes. Please note that payment of any taxes levied are the responsibility of the customer, we advise you to ring your local advice bureau for more information.

Do you offer a priority service?

Yes we offer a priority service that costs £10 for your first item and £5 for each additional item. Priority orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

How do I track my order?

You should receive a tracking number with a link to the courier’s website. If you have not received this please give us a call and we’ll track the item for you.
